Competition and gamification are popular reasons why people enjoyed working. I began by drafting ideas that turned users' boring work into something fun and helped people pursue the "thrill" of accomplishment.
Usability Tests & Iterations

Feedback sessions proved that gamifying tasks and turning responsibilities into social competitions provided short-lived focus reliant on a temporary "high."

Having an omniscient digital task manager better tackled the issue of accountability and long-term motivation.
3D Virtual Character V.1
Users felt interactions with this character were flat and unengaging.
3D Virtual Character V.2
I switched to 3D software to create a more life-like AR character, but users felt it was too menacing and unfriendly.

I balanced light with color to create a soft glow and refined the shape to feel more inviting.
